Refund Policy

If any order(s) is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances, the amount paid will be refunded to the customer as FCFT AGRO. Statistics First of all. Customers are required to report any information as part of the refund and state the preferred type of refund (i.e. bkash/bank) along with information (bkash personal number, bank account details).

If the order is cancelled, the customer will receive a refund of their principal and will not be eligible for any offers or refunds associated with the specific order.

The refund may take 7 to 10 business days depending on the volume of the payment processing gateway service. Refunds will be initiated in the same payment method ie. if the customer pays through Bkash, the amount will be refunded to the customer through Bkash. No other payment method can be refunded to the customer. But FCFT AGRO retains the right and reserves the right to consider/reconsider a refund by another convenient method(s) to expedite or facilitate the refund process for the customer.

The customer will not be eligible for any additional cashback/bonus on their special amount if the amount is refunded. FCFT Agro is not obligated to pay any service charges or fees for the refund.

অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতির কারণে কোনো অর্ডার বাতিল হলে, প্রদত্ত পরিমাণ অর্থ, গ্রাহককে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। প্রথমত, গ্রাহকদের অর্থ ফেরতের অংশ হিসাবে অর্ডার বাতিলের কারন জানাতে হবে এবং বিকাশ, নগদ ইত্যাদির ব্যক্তিগত নম্বর অথবা ব্যাঙ্ক অ্যাকাউন্টের বিবরণ উল্লেখ করতে হবে। গ্রাহক’কে তার পছন্দের মাধ্যম (যেমন বিকাশ, নগদ/ব্যাঙ্ক) উল্লেখ করতে হবে।

যদি অর্ডারটি বাতিল করা হয়, গ্রাহক তাদের মূল অর্থ ফেরত পাবেন এবং নির্দিষ্ট অর্ডারের সাথে যুক্ত কোনো অফার বা বোনাস ফেরতের জন্য যোগ্য হবেন না।

পেমেন্ট প্রসেসিং গেটওয়ে পরিষেবার উপর নির্ভর করে। অর্থ ফেরত পেতে ৭ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে। অর্থ ফেরত, একই অর্থপ্রদানের পদ্ধতিতে শুরু করা হবে অর্থাৎ গ্রাহক বিকাশের মাধ্যমে অর্থ প্রদান করলে, বিকাশের মাধ্যমেই গ্রাহককে অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। অন্য কোনো পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি গ্রাহককে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না। যদিও FCFT AGRO গ্রাহকের রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া ত্বরান্বিত বা সহজতর করার লক্ষে, গ্রাহকের পছন্দের যে কোন একটি সুবিধাজনক পদ্ধতি(গুলি) দ্বারা ফেরত বিবেচনা/পুনর্বিবেচনার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

যদি অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হয় তবে, গ্রাহক তাদের বিশেষ পরিমাণে কোনো অতিরিক্ত ক্যাশব্যাক/বোনাসের জন্য যোগ্য হবেন না। ফেরতের জন্য FCFT Agro কোনো সার্ভিস চার্জ বা ফি দিতে বাধ্য নয়।

Cancellation

FCFT AGRO. retains right to cancel any unqualified order at its sole discretion prior to dispatch and for any reason which may include, but not limited to, the product being mispriced, out of stock, expired, defective, malfunctioned, and containing incorrect information or description arising out of technical or typographical error or for any other reason. FCFT AGRO retains all the right to cancel such orders.

 

FCFT AGRO। প্রেরণের আগে তার নিজস্ব বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে কোনো অযোগ্য আদেশ বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে। যে কোনো কারণে পণ্যের মূল্য ভুল, স্টক শেষ, মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, এবং প্রযুক্তিগত বা টাইপোগ্রাফিক ত্রুটির কারণে বা অন্য কোনো কারণে ভুল তথ্য বা বিবরণ থাকা অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে পারে অথবা ভিন্য কোন ত্রুটি থাকতে পারে, এবং FCFT AGRO উক্ত অর্ডার বাতিল করার সম্পুর্ন অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
